Our Services
WizCoders provides software development and related services, including web development, mobile app development, AI software development, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps, and Moodle development. The specific scope of any project is set out in a separate proposal or Statement of Work.
Quotes, Fees, and Payment
Fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how used to produce those deliverables, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, access, content, and information reasonably needed to deliver the project, and to ensure that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided “as is” without further warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WizCoders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to These Terms
